These are shoppers on an auto dealership lot, in real-time, buying a vehicle, and specifically indicated that they would like an insurance quote, and the auto sales rep make the connection for you… we can’t set up this warm transfer any better.
With a few clicks from the auto sales rep, the agents will receive a real-time alert on PitCrew notifying them of a quote request.
Once the policy is bound, we then enable the insurance agency to provide the dealership with the appropriate insurance documentation through a secure portal so the auto sale can be complete.
